The piano is an amazing instrument and tool which can unlock so much for a musician. Growing up, I trained as a pianist for 10 years in London, before moving up to Liverpool where I studied Music at the University of Liverpool and found a real passion for creating and producing music, which was a path made accessible to me through the piano.
I've performed in multiple settings such as school concerts, gigs in bars, and musicals. This versatility is something that comes naturally to anyone willing to learn the piano! I first began teaching in 2018 and found real satisfaction in helping people realise their passions and hobbies, regardless of age and ability.
Currently, I am teaching 40 lessons per week in various music schools, with students as young as 4 all the way to 54 (and beyond!).
“I strive to help students to reach their potential and also to nourish their love for learning to play the piano”
I am a very passionate, patient teacher and I strive to help students to reach their potential and also to nourish their love for learning to play the instrument.
The room used for teaching also doubles as a home studio where I spend time composing and producing tracks for a variety of mediums. It's a space dedicated to musical creation and practice. I have access to a Roland FP-30 which has great dynamic control and weighted keys.
